[Fixed] The Curious Dragon link broken

The transition for the crystal for the Curious Dragon is broken and does not work; this means the linkage only works going out, not in.

This one was more challenging than expected but we got it. Having irrelevant CEP gateblock stuff in here seems to have been what did it.
