Favoured soul elemental resistance not triggering

Elemental resistance is supposed to trigger a conversation post-levelup that adds a feat for elemental resistance at the appropriate levels.
This currently does not seem to trigger properly.
Lead Developer, DM, and fellow roleplayer.
Always open to scenes and suggestions, if I'm not otherwise occupied.
