Gave Daria Albescu and Dragan Brevhen higher definition heads.
Fixed linkages for that missing door.
Went through and fixed a couple other doors in an assortment of places - thanks Aurora toolset.

Changed NPCs to have the full name in the first name field - this really doesn't change too much from the game's perspective but makes them easier to find in the toolset.
Fixed Katarina Rutesku, Namira Nicolovich, and to leave a lootable corpse if killed.
Set all NPC corpses to persist for 6000 seconds.
Made Dragan Brevhen, and Luca Zarovan disarmable.
Add toud_onexit to the onLeave event of the New Character Area.
Marked the New Character Area NPCs as plot/immortal.
Regularized Luca Zarovan's voiceset to a particular one.
Reinstated Rocco Botezatu's custom portrait, it got lost somehow.
Reinstated Petra Botezatu's inventory, that also got lost.
