Set up and themed the Wiki - a lot of work still pending on the themeing front, mind, to say nothing of content.
Work on modularizing the Arcane Spell Failure code so it can be reused for multiple things that provide avoidance of ASF.

Filled out the wiki with at least redlinked stubs for all the various classes and prestige classes we plan on implement. (Yep, I know this many is ambitious! We may yet cut back)
Fixed word-wrapping around images on the wiki, this needs a handcrafted "mask" for each image but it at least works!
Added complete wiki writeups for Barbarian, White Arcanist, and Blessed Paladin.
Added wiki stub writeups for Artificer, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Expert, Factorum, Favoured Soul, Fighter, Monk, Necromancer, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Shaman, Sorcerer, Warlock, Warmage, Wizard, Grimetrekker, Witch Hunter, and Demon Binder.
Added Vale tileset placeables to the palette. Thankfully these had an example module I could export existing palette items from.

Redid the OOC new character creation room, both to make it more compact, and in preparation of the new character tutorial.
The Vale placeables mentioned as imported before were not working properly in their imported version, so I have handmade placeables for the tileset-specific ones instead (about 50 placeables in the Parks & Nature > Other category.)
Renamed some NWN2 placeables to follow our naming conventions.

Fixed the UVwrapping on the Ezran shields so that the edges of the top and either side have proper texturing.
Made the straps for the shield on the Ezran shields have a separate, proper leather strap texture.

Added @config emotetext - this displays text when you emote representing the emote when you use @emote. It accepts "ON" or "TRUE" to put it on or "OFF" or "FALSE" to put it off. It defaults to off.

Resolved issues with geometry in the shields that caused them to work in the toolset but crash in the game. This has meant the removal of the straps seperate texture for now.
