Added the two new voice sets and fixed some issues with them.
Relabelled Renika - the Blue Boar Inn from 'area004' to 'rnk1_blueboar1'.
Add attribution comments to the following areas in preparation for release:

This changeset will be applied as a hotfix to 0.1.23 Live if it passes tests

Fixed an error which caused skybox corruption.
Added some invisible collision boxes to seal up missing collision meshes from the tileset, for Krofburg.*
Fixed an accidental override of the Daily Wares vendor which caused the shop not to work.

* Got the ones that were pointed out, let me know if there's more!

This changeset will be applied as a hotfix to 0.1.23 Live if it passes tests

Fixed a 2DA row ("off by one") error which had several strange effects, most interestingly fighters being assigned Arcane Familiars.
Fixed a problem with the requirements for Anchorite of the Mists. It should now work properly in detecting if you have that variable.
Corrected some typos in the voiceover tlk lines.
