[Fixed] Cannot finish character creation for Wizards

As reported by Wilkins on the Discord:

Tried creating a wizard while at lunch, Char gen gets stuck at select a familiar for some reason and in the option to hit okay is greyed out.

Initial suspicion is something in CEP content is half-baked
