- Fixed the sign script so it no longer leads to the player running up to the sign even though its on_click - you can now read signs at a distance!

- Extended the sign script to make the "desc_prefix" string variable on a placeable control the prefix for the item's name.
- Fixed the floating banners in front of the Sanctuary of Our Guardian's Grace.
- Added the signdesc script and prefix variables to the signs in the pallete as appropriate.
- Changed the housing plot signs in Zeidenburg - Merchant's Row Square, to use the new sign script rather than conversations.

- Removed the pallete items from toud_zepscripts that were erroneously included.
- Made the merchant's shingle sign blueprints include the toud_signdesc script so they are clicky by default.
- Added toud_signdesc script to the first floor signs in Zeidenburg - The Black Stone Inn.
- Removed superfluous housing and inn sign conversations.
- Fixed mapnote tags in Zeidenburg - the Black Stone Inn to follow length conventions.
- Changed most of the desc text to normal text colour in signdesc - the title remains yellow for easy readability.
- Added several new heads, mostly under Humans - also cleaned out some that aren't really appropriate from the CEP.

- Moved the RLCore scripts out of the module and into a hakpak.
- Change Zeidenburg - Traveller's Hostel, Basement to Zeidenburg - Traveller's Hostel, Floor 2.
- Added the "inn" scripts for doors in floor 2.
- Added two high end suites to the Traveller's Hostel on floor 2.
- This change pushes the Hostel to 27 rooms and 2 suites - lots of rentals to be had!

- Decorated the base hostel rooms on the second floor.
- Programmed the inn system to use a 'room_dailyfee' variable for the cost of rooms, rather than the hacky thing using Saves.
- Set this variable on all the Hostel room doors on the First Floor.
- Added OOC - Test Server Hub Area.

- Removed erroneous RLCore script that was eating everyone's gold.
- Added approx 150 new placeables imported from other Bioware titles.
- Cleaned up statue blueprints: relabelled consistently, made sure they weren't relockable, added missing descriptions, added usable toud_signdesc scripts by default.
- Removed many of the low-res 1.69 era statues from the blueprints - they will remain in the CEP files for now for builders, but we don't need low-res stuff in the DM lists.
